The warranty period for the purchased product is one year and starts from the date of delivery. To claim the warranty, it is necessary to present the purchase receipt of the product.

The manufacturer guarantees free rectification of defects resulting from material or manufacturing faults, either through repair or replacement of the product. If repair or replacement is not possible, we will refund the purchase price. In case of any claims, please inform us by email at info@lelosi.com.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from force majeure, accidents, unforeseen events (fire, lightning strike, etc.), improper use or use not in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, or improper transportation or storage of the product. The warranty also does not apply in case of product misuse, non-compliance with safety regulations, failure to follow product maintenance instructions, or unauthorised tampering with the product.

Normal wear and tear of the product (scratches, abrasions, stains, etc.) are not covered by the warranty.

The warranty does not exclude the consumer's rights arising from the seller's liability for product defects.

The warranty period starts from the date of delivery. If repairs cannot be carried out within 60 days, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price with your consent. The warranty period is extended for the duration of the repair in any case.

Uvecto d.o.o. is obligated to provide servicing and spare parts for a period of 3 years after the expiration of the warranty period.
