RETURNS

    We strive to provide you with only the best products, but we understand that sometimes situations arise where you need to return an item. Unfortunately, we do not offer size exchanges or exchanges for another product. We recommend that you return the unsuitable item and place a new order.

    You can return products within 14 days under the conditions published in our General Terms and Conditions, in the section Withdrawal from the Contract and Return of Goods.

    Once you complete any return form, you will have the option to create a GLS return label. A form will open where you enter your address and contact details, after which a label with our shipping details will be generated. You can print this label, attach it to the envelope or box in which you are returning the products, and leave it in a selected GLS parcel locker. Once we receive your package and inspect the contents, your request will be processed within 14 working days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original order.If you choose to return the item via the provided GLS service, a fee of 5 € will be charged. This amount will be deducted from your refund. At the same time, we will send you a gift card of the same value to your email address, which you can use as a discount on your next purchase within one year. Returns of damaged or incorrectly received items are free of charge.

    If you do not wish to use the GLS service, you can return the products at your own expense, but you must provide us with the tracking number of your shipment. We can only process your request if we are able to track your returned shipment and confirm its arrival at our address. Please place the products in an envelope or box and label it so we can identify the sender. Then send it to: LELOSI, Kovinarska cesta 4, 1241 Kamnik, Slovenia.

    The item you wish to return must be in its original condition: new, clean, with tags, in the original LELOSI packaging, unwashed and unworn. We reserve the right to reject your request if the returned item does not meet these conditions. These conditions do not apply if you are returning an older item as part of a damage claim.

    In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer shall bear only the cost of returning the goods, in accordance with the carrier’s price list, depending on the type of delivery and the size of the shipment. If the consumer has chosen a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by the seller, the seller is not obliged to reimburse the additional costs incurred. This means that the seller must only refund the cost of standard shipping.
