IDEA

The aim of the call for proposals is to create a new corporate logo, which will be composed of the existing LELOSI logotype and a new symbol/sign. This new design should align stylistically and thematically with the existing logo, while effectively reflecting the company’s values, mission, and vision.

WHAT?

The updated logo (existing LELOSI logotype + symbol) will be the basis for updating and supplementing other lines, where the new symbol/sign will be used to segment and differentiate individual lines. We hope that this unified symbol/sign, complementing the LELOSI logotype, will be used across all lines and product groups.

Challenges

The LELOSI brand is predominantly recognized for its women’s products, but the expansion of our product range presents challenges in brand labelling. As our offerings diversify, the current uniform labelling approach is proving inadequate. This has highlighted the need for developing distinct design solutions for the various lines.

WHEN?

The tender runs from April 30, 2024, to June 3, 2024.

    1. Design Solution for basic CGP elements (prepare a solution using only the corporate logo)
      • letterhead
      • business card
      • envelope
      • email signature
      • favicon / website icon
      • prepare examples of primary and secondary typography. Consider solutions for markets with different character sets (Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey, Hungary...)
    2. Application of the logo on products/clothing
      • Visual materials named LABELING can be found at the link: www.lelosi.com/brand
      • Prepare a solution for labelling on products (T-shirt, leggings...)
      • Add logo to products - for each line (on the back of leggings...)
    3. Prepare a corporate advertisement/banner
      • Visual materials named KORPO can be found at the link: www.lelosi.com/brand
      • Prepare a solution for a corporate advert or web banner, in a 16:9 ratio
      • Slogan: THE COMFORTABLE SIDE OF LIFE, Leisure and everyday activity clothing and accessories
      • add the new corporate LELOSI logo
    4. Prepare a FB post
      • Visual materials named FB can be found at the link: www.lelosi.com/brand
      • Prepare a solution for 3 (three) product lines among the lines: Basic, Elegant, Prestige, Men’s, Boys, Girls
      • Prepare an advertisement promoting an offer where you buy three products but pay for only two if you use the code 3FOR2. The creative can be either static or video
      • Add the new logo for each line
  2. DRAFT OF THE WEBSITE
    • Prepare a basic design solution for the website www.lelosi.com
    • Consider typographic solutions for the Slovenian market and typographic solutions for markets with different scripts such as Greek, Russian, Bulgarian...
WHO?

  • companies or graphic or design studios/agencies, and advertising or communication agencies;
  • graphic designers, designers, and architects who operate as self-employed individuals or artists with a status;
  • students and graduates of public and private postgraduate or university programs in fine arts, graphics, design, or communication.

An individual bidder may submit multiple ideas, which must be separately presented and must contain all elements of this tender.

WHO?

We invite the following to participate in the tender:

  • companies or graphic or design studios/agencies, and advertising or communication agencies;
  • graphic designers, designers, and architects who operate as self-employed individuals or artists with a status;
  • students and graduates of public and private postgraduate or university programs in fine arts, graphics, design, or communication.

An individual bidder may submit multiple ideas, which must be separately presented and must contain all elements of this tender.

By 21 June 2024, we will publish the results of the tender and the three best proposals according to the internal committee’s evaluation on the website www.lelosi.com/brand.

An internal evaluation committee will select the 3 (three) best solutions based on the criteria of the competition. The committee will award the three highest-rated proposals with a cash prize of:

  • EUR 3,500.00 for the best solution according to the expert evaluation committee,
  • EUR 1,000.00 for the second-placed solution and
  • EUR 500.00 for the third-placed solution.

By paying the prize, the company UVECTO d.o.o. acquires ownership of the best conceptual proposal, or parts of the second and third placed conceptual solutions, if necessary.

The winners of the competition—first, second, and third place—must deliver or send their conceptual solution, or part of it, to the client in all required versions and in vector format (.eps, .ai, and .pdf) to ensure maximum usability and editability of the product with Adobe software. Layers in the original digital file must be left unlocked.
