Delivery destination. We deliver to all EU countries.
Delivery costs. Orders above 30€ are free of shipping. Orders below 30€, shipping cost is 1,99€
When we will deliver the products. Delivery time for all EU countries is from 3-5 working days. If your order does not arrive in 6 working days, please check tracking and shipment status. You can always contact us.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If delivery of the products to you is delayed by an event outside our control (e.g. because of postal/courier delays, logistics or bad weather), we’ll let you know as soon as possible. If there is a risk of substantial delay, you can contact us to cancel your order and we’ll refund you for any products you’ve paid for but not received.
If you are not available when the product is delivered. If no one is able to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, the courier will notify you of the delivery attempt and tell you how to rearrange delivery or collection of the products.
A 14-day warranty is granted in accordance with the Purchasing Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or fabrication.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect operation of the product / service.
UVECTO d.o.o. will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

No parcels sent on demand are received.

Right of cancellation
14 days full right of return is given on goods purchased in our Webshop.
The period is counted from the day you receive the order.
You must bear the return costs yourself.
Cancellation must be reported to us within 14 days of purchase and from the cancellation you must return within 14 days after the shipment.
